What to expect:
You can continue to place your order as normal on our website. If your address falls within an area where door-to-door delivery isn’t possible, we’ll automatically route your parcel through the PARGO system.
Once dispatched, PARGO will send you an SMS and/or email with full details — including the exact collection point and when your parcel is ready for pickup. We always do our best to select a collection point closest to the address you provided.
We believe this is the safest and most reliable way to get your products to you without unnecessary delays or missed deliveries. We’ll continue to review delivery options as the situation improves.
WHY THIS IS HAPPENING??
Due to a recent increase in courier vehicle hijackings in certain areas of South Africa, many courier companies have adjusted their delivery routes and insurance costs. As a result, some no longer deliver directly to residential addresses in designated high-risk zones. In some cases, they ask customers to meet drivers at police stations or alternative collection points — which we feel is both inconvenient and unfair to you.
After testing several courier partners, we’ve found this issue affects nearly all major couriers. To make sure your order still reaches you safely and conveniently, we’ve partnered with PARGO — a trusted parcel-collection network. With PARGO, your parcel will be delivered to a nearby Clicks, FreshStop, or partner store, where you can collect it at your convenience.
